Account Registration and Eligibility

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at l89vip is ৳300. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Members must complete the prior verification process (KYC) before making a withdrawal.

4.3 Payment Verification

l89vip may request additional information or documents to verify any transaction. In accordance with anti-money laundering policy, suspicious transactions may be held pending investigation. In cases of false or fraudulent transactions, the account will be cancelled and legal action will be taken.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

l89vip offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until it has been wagered 10 times.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Only one welcome bonus is available per account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used in games.
  • If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be cancelled.
  • l89vip reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The l89vip VIP program has five tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier comes with weekly cashback: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.7%, Platinum — up to 1.0%, and Diamond — up to 1.2%.

Gaming Rules

All games on l89vip are conducted fairly and impartially. The general gaming rules are outlined below:

  • Read the designated betting limits carefully before starting a game.
  • The outcome of each round is verifiable and determined through random technology.
  • If a technical error occurs during a game, the affected round may be cancelled and bets will be refunded.
  • If there is a dispute over the outcome of any game, it will be resolved through a review of our gaming logs.

If an unusually large win is recorded in any game due to a technical error, l89vip reserves the right to withhold that payment and conduct an investigation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l89vip platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance:

  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
  • Manipulating gaming outcomes or colluding with other players.
  • Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
  • Using a false identity or forged documents.

l89vip may immediately suspend or close any account if:

  • It is proven that a member registered using a false identity or forged documents.
  • There is reason to believe that a minor is using the account.

11.2 Closure by the Member
